Refund and cancellation policy

Every plan starts with a free trial that does not require a credit card. The trial length is shown when you sign up. You can explore the Service during the trial with no obligation, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We send a receipt to the email on your account for each billing cycle.
• Prices may change. We will give you advance notice, and any change takes effect at your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

• We offer a refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied.
• Renewal payments are not refundable except where required by law.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time after a cancellation.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a reasonable period.

To request a refund, email support@propfix.io within 14 days of your first payment, using the email address on your account. We will confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Terms of service. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
